Refund Policy

The Users are hereby urged to take note that the purchase of the Tokens on the PropFTX platform, once purchased cannot be cancelled. However, PropFTX (“PropFTX Private Limited”) assures a refund of the amount spent on the purchase of the tokens, subject to certain conditions, in the following scenarios:

• When Funding Target is not achieved : PropFTX assures to effect a refund to the source account of its User-investors from where the purchase amount of the token was received, in the event any particular funding target is not achieved. PropFTX runs a campaign for each project to achieve a target fund-raise. In the event the particular campaign does not reach its target within 150 days of the campaign launch, the campaign shall be deemed “aborted” and the token purchase amount of the user-investors shall be returned to their source account within 7 working days, subject to deductions and withholding of the platform handling fee and any taxes paid.


• Any other scenario as decided by PropFTX : PropFTX reserves all the rights to cancel or abort any campaign at any given point in time of the campaign, without any explicit notice to the User-investors and all the purchase amount advanced towards the payment of such tokens shall be returned to their source account within 7 working days, subject to deductions and withholding of the platform handling fee and any taxes paid.

Please note that PropFTX does not entertain cancellation of any purchase of the tokens and shall only effect a refund of the purchase amount in the above mentioned scenarios only. In case of any further queries or clarification, you may get in touch with us support@propftx.com.
